Saw My Bones

about

This music is about two things: my lived experience with chronic pain and the trauma caused by undergoing surgery under conscious sedation. The dedication at the beginning of the video is a tongue-in-cheek reference to these two feelings.

lyrics

I’m burning in Hell
And nothing works to ease my pain.
I try to run, but my attempts
Are all in vain.
The devils within me
Hammer and saw my bones.
I clench my jaw, I shut my eyes
And suffer, suffer.

These evil entities do haunt me.
They bite and spit and love to taunt me.

Taste me.
Kill me.
Eat me.
Plant me.

These evil entities do haunt me.
They laugh and spit and love to taunt me.

It’s the pain that starts a
Chain reaction in my brain.
Can’t hide, find distractions
All in vain.
The demons inside me
Hammer and saw my bones.

Saw my bones
Saw my bones
Saw my bones

Taste me.
Kill me.
Eat me.
Plant me.

Saw my bones.
